"Do you believe in Love at first sight??"
I'm sure all of us has come across this question so many times already. So, what do you usually answer?
I know I usually answers: Humm.. Maybe???
The thought that came to mind usually around something romantic, something spontaneous. Sure, love could caught you off guard anywhere, anytime. So why not? There could be a chance of me falling in love at first sight. No?? I imagine it might feel 'liberating' to be caught by love. (And we're not even talking about the perfect love here. Just the normal kind of love. Lol.)
But then again a thought occured to me. Can you love some strangers that you don't even know? Can you say that you love someone when you don't even know who that certain someone is? Coz afterall, isn't love a willingness to share and think and caring about that person's wellbeing - so would you care if you don't know the person?
Well, facing that question, of course I'd say right away: Of course not. After all, we don't know the guy. We don't want to like the guy from what he appears to be rite? But from who he really is. His personality, him who we know and fell in love with.
But then again, isn't falling in love at first sight saying exactly just that? It's the first time you see the guy and yet you fall in love already. You don't even know the guy... Hum.. Tricky...
So, do you believe in love at first sight?

not quite. it'd take me MILES to love someone.
and LOVE is a strong word. you can have crush on first sight; given he has a strong aura and decent appearance. but that ain't love honey. and most of the time, we consume crush when we see man DOING something; means it's not happen in a split second.
love at the 1st sight just a mere metaphor, a strong one in that (ie u describe thing like "man, it was like love at the 1st sight!" = simply amazing n unbelievable.)
nah, that i am sure. people may say you won't know it until you experience it; well...bring it on! Then what about...if you dream of someone before you meet him? So you dream about this guy and you don't even know him. But then you meet this guy (and bound to love him). Do you believe in something like that?

Ria2, you answered the question yet bring on another question. Lol... I guess that happened - maybe... At least in the novels and the movies. Lol. But if they ain't happening in real life, the won't even be in the movies would they? Dunno, I guess when we find the guy ourselves, we might have the answer to the qs? Lol...

well, since you're quick on updating mind too *i get mail everytime ppl comment on my own blog* so i ended up checking my dashboard and see if you guys have update
yea, we'll know at the end. but i just think it's essential to keep the fairytale alive; just to preserve the little girl inside of us. and for my own qs, i do believe it can happen. spiritually, it is. but what's the fun if you already know he's the one even before you know him? it'd affect your perception on him (and prob drive you blind as u insist he's the one and ignoring the flaws) o well....whatever way it is, it'd be the best- no?
well...I personally can't imagine love at first sight, as much as I wanted to experience it. Enak banget kali, you don't have to go through all the hardship and the process.
So...I don't really reject the idea (cos I'm a very open person, I believe anything can happen :D ) but I don't really expect it to happen to me. I also haven't met anyone who fell in love at first sight.
I think having love at first sight doesn't really mean that we don't have to go through all the hardship and process.
But than again, as mentioned, maybe the word 'Love' itself is too strong a word to descrbe that. More like a simple crush at first sight that blooms to love? Then later on, we could really call it love at first sight?
Dunno... I think it's too broad No? What is love at first sight anyway? What can be define as one???
Though I agree Cin, I don't really reject the idea but I don't really expect it to happen to me. Lol... XD
