Hmmmm ... Hmmmm ... Hmmmm ... Hmmm ...
When I look into your eyes
It's like watching the night sky
Or a beautiful sunrise
There's so much they hold
And just like them old stars
I see that you've come so far
To be right where you are
How old is your soul?
I won't give up on us
Even if the skies get rough
I'm giving you all my love
I'm still looking up
And when you're needing your space
To do some navigating
I'll be here patiently waiting
To see what you find
'Cause even the stars they burn
Some even fall to the earth
We've got a lot to learn
God knows we're worth it
No, I won't give up
I don't wanna be someone who walks away so easily
I'm here to stay and make the difference that I can make
Our differences they do a lot to teach us how to use
The tools and gifts we got yeah, we got a lot at stake
And in the end, you're still my friend at least we did intend
For us to work we didn't break, we didn't burn
We had to learn how to bend without the world caving in
I had to learn what I've got, and what I'm not
And who I am
I won't give up on us
Even if the skies get rough
I'm giving you all my love
I'm still looking up
Still looking up.
I won't give up on us (no I'm not giving up)
God knows I'm tough enough (I am tough, I am loved)
We've got a lot to learn (we're alive, we are loved)
God knows we're worth it (and we're worth it)
I won't give up on us
Even if the skies get rough
I'm giving you all my love
I'm still looking up

1. When a guy say to a girl: the day i will go on knees to another girl... is the day when I tie the shoelace for our daughter
2. When you're actually married for a long time, and you still have those moments where you just see each other's eyes and then suddenly you can't help but laughing heartily for no apparent reasons that your children thought both of you have become lunatics and could only shake their head in confusions
3. When your head are full of white hairs already but the guy still open the doors for the girl
4. When theey both still walk hand in hand
5. When they know each other so well that they don't have to say anything but the girl understands enough to serve the guy his favorite snacks and drinks in the afternoon
6. When they can finish each other's sentences
7. When they pray together for directions in troubled times
I guess the simple things are what makes it all worths the while...

If last Christmas, I spent it in Beijing, eating at some spanish restaurant in the Village and spent new year splendidly at Marriot apartment, playing FO games, taking pictures, videoing, baking cookies, watching movies and waking up in a roomm full of people...
Well, this year unexpectedly I had another memorable events... Bali...
(Oh, Christmas sucks though. Ended up having Christmas eve dinner with some other family and stayed at home during Christmas. Hahaha. But then Bandung was a blast!)
I went without knowing anything and didn't expect anything (considering some of my friends are married with babies). But turns out it's super awesome!
Well... It was uneventful for the first 2 days. A bit disappointing. Then a random idea that somehow becomes reality. Lol. Awesome people I'm hanging out with.
So, there goes our 31st December 2011. Off to Padang Ba'I. With just a change of clothes for the beginners, and a whole luggage full of equipments for th experts/licensed, we reached there at 1pm as promised. Then turns out the DM(dive master) that's supposed to bring us had another guests who were late. So we had to wait for 2 hours. (Painfully long, but definitely worths the wait. Even later when we told our parents, they casually said "it's better to come back home then", one of my friend hastily replied "no way!" Lol. Love! Haha.)
So Dive Master finally came back, we choose our suits, googles, gloves (mine is only half coz the DM wife couldn't find the other half. And it had a hole too. -_- but better than nothing. Haha.) Then off we go to the fishermen boat.
It was raining. And the wave was quite big. So we had to relocate. Then after a 15 min crash course of how to put on your googles (you have to clean it with ypour own spit - yes, spit - then clean it again with sea water), how to breathe under water (never ever forget how to breathe and don't panic!), how to do equalizing (get the pressure out of your ear), how to clear the water if it goes into your mask, how to give signals underwater, etc. Then off we go... Into the water. (Seriously... It was so fast, I didn't even know that we were starting the dive. I thought we were still practicing or something. Lol)
So... Down we went... Corals. Fish. Nemo. Electric Blue fish. Down. Down. Down. Submarines. (Yep, actual submarines diving down. We saw it when we were still above water. Apparently they also dive around the same time as us. Lol.) Changed course. More fish and corals. Fisherman ship wreck, buddhist statues, weird stuffs. Then up, up, up, up we went. Back to the surface. It took us 30 minutes and 19m deep. Apparently with Open Water Licensed (beginner diver) the limit is 18m deep. Well. We don't have it. At least I don't. And another one of my friend. (Apparently I had really good buoyancy and breathes well too. Didn't used up too much oxygen. The gauge says I still had 1500ml of O2 left while another friend was only 1000ml).
I thought that was it (a bit disappointed. So fast >.<) And then apparently we changed location. And second dive begins after 1 hour resting (awesomeee!!!! Ooo. But I was badly dehydrated. Lol. My lungs felt like on fire. Apparently that happens because the O2 we were using is a dfry, compressed one. Hence...)
Second dive... We saw a wall of corals. Up to bottom, all we could see on our right is corals. Blue sea to the left. Lots of weird fishes. Long ones, colorful ones, ikan pari, garden fish that looks like worms, flounder fish that looks exactly like the sand, white-ish plants that opens up and goes red when touched, tubelike plants that closed up when touched... Awesomee... It's a whole different world in there. Amazing... God created one earth, but inside there are multiple worlds than what we know.
Night time, for the first time we bought fireworks and actualy litting it up. Not much, but still beautiful. :)
1st of Jan 2012. Went to the cathedral in the morning. Beautifully made with lots of carvings. They had statues of angels in balinese outfit. Haha! Who knew that angels actually wore kemben? Loll!
After lunch, half heartedly I go for rafting (because it was supposed to be 11 people, then it was down to 7. And I thought we were gooing to a place I've been to before). Smooth drive to the place, quick preparation - life jacket, helmet and an oar in hand. Down we go. Down, down, down to the river. First reaction? Omg, it's brownnn!!! Wth... I'm not touching that water! (Well, it's rafting... So... Lol.)
Again, a crash course on how to raft and off we go. Not a few minutes, suddenly "Mundur! Mundur! Mundur! Stop!" Everyone was confused. Why are we stopping? Then we saw it. A raft supposedly with the most people on it, suddenly empty... People were overboard all over the river. "What? We were just beginning! What happened?"
All three rafts stopped side by side, some containing more people than it should coz of the rescued people. The fourth raft only has 2 people on it. A lady and the local guide. There were only three in our raft, 4 with the guide. So they add one more people from the other raft to balance it out. Oh, there were Russians too. And their knees were bleading. Scrapped by the rocks I assume. Another one had the inside of the mouth injured. Presumably from biting his own mouth due to the shock of falling.
The mom (lady who managed to stay on board) were moved over to our raft. She was still shocked. But after a (long) while she finally calms down and managed to smile and laugh with us. The rest of the journey was "quite" uneventful. (We just had to pass by strong currents with rocks... And do a manuever involving ropes. Lol. Very cool indeed). Oh, another friend fell over because he felt sleepy... ^^" Whatever. Lol.
Anyway... From the past two days, I find myself having trouble with steps (indeed diving and rafting were tirings. But from the rafting, I think it's more from the steps to and from the river to our bus. Lol.)
Anw, off to dinner with kids. Either at Wahaha (sounds like mineral water brand in China that usually has Wang Lee Hom on it) or Potato Head. Whichever.
Man, kids driving me crazy. Running round and round and round.
Anw... Lalalala.
Awesome, Awesome way to end 2011 and start the new year.
