Ahh.. I'm in China... Yet I learn more about my country more than ever... (or at least after finishing high school back in Indo. Lol.)
Do you know that Indo has 4 national flowers? Melati, Rafflesia Arnoldi, Anggrek Bulan, and I forgot what's the last one. Lol.
Do you know that Indo's economy's the biggest in Southeast Asia Region?
Do you know that we ranked 18 in the top 32 economies as measured in GDP at nomial prices?
Do you know that we didn't really take the toll during economic crisis coz our country can supply for all the things that we need so that we don't need to rely on imports from other country to survive?
Do you know that we actually have more than 300 ethnic groups in our small, lots of islands, country?
Do you know that we actually got everything, from the sea to the mountains, from the really polluted, civilized area to the really clean, amazingly beautiful, uncivilized area? And amazing weather... No sand storms, no snow, no huge scary windy day....
Ahhh...
Here I am in China...
Yet, the focus is back to Indo...
The grass is indeed always greener on the other side.

It's really been awhile since I go online and do whatever stuffs.
Well, usually I do go online, but it's just to check the mails...
Wow, looking back, i've really missed a lot of stuffs hey?
It's like I've been living in a whole different world, secluded, locked.
Great to finally be able to see some updates today.
So, what' been happening lately?
Hum...
From celebrating moon cake festivals, halloween festivals (all festivals for the first time... and upcoming ones too. woohoo!), learning kenpo, studying calligraphy, outings with friends, new friends, old friends, loosing my wallet, going to the police station, buying polaroid camera's, joining competitions...
Let's just say not everything's good and beautiful and fun. But everything's interesting. And if we keep on looking from the 'right' point of view, all of them are precious moments and experiences that I will never get if things weren't to happen that way.
(Talking bout point of view, let me share one of China's greatest poet's: 横看成岭侧成峰,远近高低各不同。不识庐山真面目,只缘身在此山中。Basically it's saying that you when you look on a mountain from far away, it will look different than when you look from the top of the mountain or the side of the mountain or even below it. Depending on where you are, the mountain will look different, cause it all depends on your own perspective, your point of view. So you don't actually know for sure what's the real shape of the mountain. But aren't we glad that no matter how big the mountain is, we always have Him who will help us and guide us thru. Woohoo! =) I like this poem the most - we studied 3 poems at the first chapter - coz I think it's really true . Hehe.)
So, life is still good to me... God's still as good as ever, no change in that. Never was, and never will. (Thank You!)
And the next? Well, I guess, next steps comes job and where I'm supposed to be.
Ah, and I thank God for my dad. Good to hear his voice ever so often now that he's back to 'normal'.Lol.
Well, so far all the good things outweighs all the bad things. I'm still so blessed. And I really can't thank Him enough for everything He's done for me.
Well, it's way past midnight. Cinderella has disappeared an hour ago. So should I. Lol. Ciao!
